Positive: The hosts were kind and offered to keep the pool heated for us free of charge. Kitchen was well equipped.
Negative: The chalet looked way bigger in the pictures and in real life it was not very impressive. All rooms had really thin curtains and they did not keep the sunlight out so we would wake up every morning with too much sun in our faces. The chalet did not have warm water. We were a group of 7 people and the first day the water ran out literally after two people showered and even the second day of our stay no-one managed go shower with hot water.
Summary: Location was good but the chalet was too expensive for what it offered

Positive: The house is beautiful and cosy and exactly as it is in the pictures. Generally well equipped with all the things you might need. Staff were very receptive to messages and really helpful.
Negative: There is an additional charge to heat the hot tub, which we were happy to pay. However, we weren't told that this would mean it is only heated to 37°. The temperature controller is not on site, and there is an additional charge of €25 per day to heat it to 40°, which we felt was necessary (making it €50 per day total). It would have helped if we had been informed of this sooner (and before we'd spent an hour looking for the temp control). Location wise, it is a 53 minute walk into the centre. Walk is lovely, but we were unable to get a taxi back so had to walk through the woods and field in the dark, which was a little unnerving! We were there a week or so out of season, so this may not always be the case, and of course, not the accommodation providers fault), but just something to be aware of!

Positive: The cottage’s location is perfect for those planning hiking trips or ski vacations. The host was super responsive and helpful. No problems with the deposit or extra fees. Everything was as planned.
Negative: The downside is that the mountain view is a bit blocked by the houses and the way the land lays.

Positive: We spent one night here and were very satisfied. The cottage is clean, cozy and well equipped. The pool, which we managed to enjoy, was also a bonus. The location is perfect, close to hiking trails and beautiful nature. We will definitely be happy to come back here!
